Primary Responsibilities

  • AI Strategy & Innovation Leadership
  • With CSS, outline and carry out a complete AI strategy for Fusion ERP.
  • Facilitate and drive AI adoption by the various ERP related areas taking into consideration customer and market needs.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to usher in market AI-powered ERP solutions.

JAPAC Customer Success & Leadership

  • Set the bar for customer success and service excellence in the JAPAC region.
  • Be the one who enables enterprise ERP customers to smoothly integrate AI and realize its value.
  • Create and nurture the most important customer and stakeholder relationships.

Business Growth & Regional Development

  • Have the main role in forming and realizing the JAPAC growth strategy which incorporates everything such as expansion, revenue, and retention.
  • Predict the future trends in AI and ERP and use this knowledge to strengthen Oracle’s market position.
  • Provide customer satisfaction and strategic account growth as long-term goals.

Escalation Management & Resolution

  • Take the lead as the escalation point for the customer’s difficult AI and ERP-linked problems.
  • Ensure that the problems are solved quickly and efficiently and put in place measures to avoid similar situations.

Team Development & Stakeholder Management

  • Attract, train, and mentor the regional teams of superstars.
  • Look after partnerships and relations with top-level stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications

  • More than 10 years of experience in leadership positions related to ERP, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
  • The deep skill in Oracle ERP Application Cloud Technology is there.
  • Made AI initiatives implementation in enterprise or SaaS environments a practice and proved experience success in doing so.
  • Held through customer success, regional management, and growth leadership assertively.
  • Having exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading AI transformation programs in ERP or cloud platforms.
  • Strong background in SaaS ERP delivery and customer success models.
  • Exposure to JAPAC regional enterprise markets.
  • Project management and large-scale transformation experience.
