Key Responsibilities

  • Support Corporate Accounting through administrative and operational activities, including updating and maintaining the financial records.
  • Support the input of data and record keeping, produce invoices and purchase orders, process expense reports, and post simple journal entries.
  • Respond to accounts payable and accounts receivable inquiries from internal and external customers and work with local subsidiary finance teams.
  • Verify compliance with company policies when reviewing expense reimbursements and payment requests.
  • Assist with ad-hoc/other financial projects assigned to you.

Job Qualifications

  • University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
  • 0-2+ years academic, and/or professional accounting or finance experience.
  • A basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes;
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other basic office tools;
  • Attention to detail, highly organized, and have good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the Corporate Finance/Shared Services environment;
  • Knowledge of various Accounting Software/ERP platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in an organized fashion;
  • Desire to learn and grow in a Corporate Finance position.
