Main Duties
- Search for and get potential Data Cloud customers in enterprise and commercial B2B segments.
- Cooperate with Core, Marketing, and Service Cloud Account Executives to create comprehensive, customer-centered solutions.
- Lead thorough discovery sessions to reveal business issues and data needs.
- Make difficult data and AI ideas easy to understand and see as use cases in terms of business benefits.
- Show with your Points of View (PoVs) that Salesforce Data Cloud actually brings measurable outcomes.
- Be able to advise on the entire Salesforce Platform, Data Cloud, and Agentforce to come up with customer-specific solutions.
- Work together with other departments to offer a seamless “One Salesforce” customer experience.
- Ensure that Salesforce solutions are in line with customers’ long-term strategic and AI transformation goals.
- Develop strong, trusted connections with the technical and business stakeholders.
- Always surpass sales targets in complicated and technical sales situations.
Essential Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in professional experience.
- A very strong background in corporate and commercial B2B technology sales.
- Profound knowledge of the newest cloud data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
- An extensive knowledge of the Salesforce suite of products including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- A proven track record of high performance in complex, consultative sales utilizing technical buyers.
- Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and presentation capabilities.
- A strong business sense that is accompanied by the ability to conduct impactful discovery discussions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with the sales of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) or data lake technologies.
- A solid comprehension of AI-based data solutions and customer analytics.
- Ability to convey technical solutions in terms of business benefits.
- History of always surpassing the sales target in complex sales environments.
A nimble, outcome-oriented mindset with an open-minded, team-oriented manner with the cross-functionals.
