Dell Technologies is seeking an AI Solutions Sales Specialist who will work in Mumbai for the Business Development Sales Team at Dell Technologies. The position requires the development of enterprise customer relationships which will enable the identification of Artificial Intelligence solution opportunities and the execution of sales strategies.

Main Duties

  • Partner with core sales teams to identify customer needs and expand existing accounts through strategic AI solutions.
  • Develop new business opportunities and drive enterprise adoption of Artificial Intelligence infrastructure solutions.
  • Create and execute AI sales strategies to differentiate Dell Technologies and partner offerings.
  • Support RFI and RFP responses, proposals, and product evaluations for enterprise clients.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline while pursuing and closing high-value AI deals.
  • Deliver presentations, workshops, and seminars to promote AI use cases and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and channel partners to expand the buyer ecosystem.
  • Provide insights and feedback to refine AI products and solution strategies.

Essential Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in sales specialty and business development, including enabling core and presales teams
  • Collaboration abilities to work with pre-sales engineering teams and ecosystem partners. 
  • 10 to 12 years of technical knowledge which includes servers storage networking HPC and AI systems. 
  • Solution selling experience which emphasizes business results and infrastructure implementation. 
  • Establish secure connections with essential decision-making personnel and sector experts.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any equivalent technical discipline. 
  • Extensive knowledge about enterprise infrastructure systems which include servers and storage and networking and services. 
  • Experience in demonstrating artificial intelligence solutions and their business benefits to corporate customers. 
  • Expertise in driving demand generation activities while assisting with partner development efforts. 
  • Demonstrates exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and the development of strategic sales plans.
