Main Duties

  • Lead advanced packaging solutions as a subject matter expert while bringing more than ten years of semiconductor and electronics industry experience. 
  • Electronics product development and engineering design environments. 
  • Expertise to control and enhance all OSAT operations which include both standard and advanced assembly and test procedures. 
  • Semiconductor manufacturing ecosystems through my work in B2B-SCM-MES integration projects. 
  • Design validation and fabrication processes at foundries. 
  • The team uses FactoryWorks, OpsCenter, Critical Manufacturing, and SiView as their primary Semiconductor MES systems. 
  • The team works together while I explain complicated technical information to people who lack technical expertise.

Essential Qualifications

  • 10 years of work experience in Semiconductor or Electronics Product Engineering and Development. 
  • Possess complete understanding of OSAT operations together with assembly and test procedures and MES system connections. 
  • Practical knowledge about working in Foundry fabrication environments. 
  • Expertise in Semiconductor Manufacturing Execution System (MES) platforms which include FactoryWorks and OpsCenter and Critical Manufacturing and SiView.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant technical field.

Preferred Skills

  • Master’s Degree in a related field.
  • Experience from OSAT or EMS industries.
  • Strong understanding of design validation processes.
  • Knowledge of Discrete Manufacturing (PP) environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
