Intel is seeking a Team Lenovo, Datacenter Sales Applications Engineer to join its Sales and Marketing Group (SMG). This role focuses on supporting Lenovo Datacenter engagements across India and Taiwan by delivering deep technical expertise, enabling customer design success, and accelerating the transition from design to production. The position directly contributes to Intel’s revenue growth and long-term OEM partnerships.

Main Duties

  • Own all Datacenter Sales Applications Engineer engagements with Lenovo in India and Taiwan.
  • Act as a technical authority to secure design wins and move solutions into production.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with Lenovo teams and ecosystem partners.
  • Deliver technical demos, design reviews, and onsite customer support.
  • Collaborate closely with customer engineering teams to meet requirements and resolve issues.
  • Analyze data to reproduce errors, troubleshoot problems, and escalate when required.
  • Provide feedback to manufacturing and product teams on customer issues and roadmap needs.
  • Apply strong business insight to enable sales across Intel’s Datacenter portfolio.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or demonstrate equivalent professional experience.
  • The candidate needs to have technical sales experience together with product demonstration skills and customer-facing work experience.
  • Complete knowledge about Datacenter technologies and their corresponding solution architectures.
  • Strong analytical abilities that allow him or her to identify and solve technical problems which require different approaches.
  • Have experience in supporting both pre-sales and field sales activities.

Preferred Qualification

  • Demonstrate the ability to establish reliable relationships with OEM customers.
  • Possesses strong communication skills along with the ability to influence others and solve problems.
  • Experience working with OEMs and distributors and ecosystem partners.
  • Ability to lead through the execution of technical projects and through his or her work to align with customers.
