Key Responsibilities

  • Build trust with machine learning and general artificial intelligence scientists by helping them convert their research goals into data collection plans. 
  • Create and document machine learning, general artificial intelligence and data solutions which meet customer requirements. 
  • Develop and maintain customer scientist relationships to achieve successful research results through their work with customers. 
  • Manage cross-functional team operations to ensure project work progresses smoothly while meeting stakeholder requirements. 
  • Provide expert advice to clients regarding machine learning processes and data labeling methods. 
  • Track and improve data collection performance indicators which help customers achieve their desired outcomes. 
  • Assess the capacity of data labeling processes to handle growth and produce recommendations for strategic direction. 
  • Establish new technical documentation requirements and create operational standards and procedures. 

Basic Requirements

  • The applicant must possess a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline or possess comparable work experience.
  • Must have two or more years of experience handling ML data operations or data annotation processes.
  • Strong expertise in ML operational procedures together with their data generation methods and GenAI understanding.
  • Excellent skills for conveying information to customers and providing technical guidance.
  • Demonstrated the capacity to change intricate technical information into workable solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of project management or technical account management.
  • Demonstrate working experience with JSON and command-line tools and Python programming.
  • Experience in customer success and solution consulting and technical advisory roles.
  • Working together with teams that operate in different parts of the world and across various departments.
