Primary Responsibilities

  • Design and manage complete system implementation of Machine Learning and AI solutions. 
  • Built Go-To-Market strategy needs solution development and active demand creation to achieve its objectives. 
  • Work with sales, pre-sales and consulting teams to develop product offerings and demonstration projects. 
  • Collaborates with academic institutions to establish recruitment programs and joint research initiatives and build data science skills.

Technical & Delivery Responsibilities

  • Creates automation systems through Machine Learning and Deep Learning model development. 
  • Works with ML Engineers, Data Engineers and IT teams to test different deployment methods. 
  • Implements model performance management systems and monitoring solutions across its entire business network. 
  • Presents customer success stories and actual AI applications which demonstrate how AI technology delivers business value.

Team & Capability Management

  • Assists with the process of hiring and training new data science professionals. 
  • Establishes training programs which enable team members to acquire new skills and develop their expertise. 
  • Oversees the performance assessment process which includes feedback collection and evaluation of performance standards. 
  • Employee engagement programs handle employee retention through effective team management.

Qualifications Required

  • Candidates must demonstrate extensive practical experience in Data Science and Machine Learning and Deep Learning. 
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing AI and ML systems for large-scale operations. 
  • Working with multiple teams that include both technical and business members. 
  • Possesses strong abilities in leading teams while providing guidance and managing staff performance.
