Main Responsibilities 

  • Deploying OCI needs to follow established architectural standards the team to provide through best practice deployment methods. 
  • Design that delivers both high availability and disaster recovery capabilities through cloud-based infrastructure. 
  • Execute both lift-and-shift migration and cloud-native migration processes to transfer all operations from on-premises systems to OCI. 
  • Achieve faster cloud deployment by using my direct technical experience to lead enterprise cloud adoption initiatives. 
  • Collaborate with Oracle teams and partners to establish OCI use throughout the entire organization. 
  • Create strategies for governance and infrastructure-as-code and system monitoring and system automation and cost reduction. 

Essential Qualifications 

  • Candidates should hold a BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Engineering from an accredited university. 
  • Must have 6 to 10 years of professional experience which includes 5 or more years in the role of Cloud Architect. 
  • Possesses extensive knowledge about Oracle’s solutions for private, hybrid, and public cloud environments. 
  • Acquired practical skills in using OCI together with at least one additional cloud platform which includes AWS and Azure and GCP. 
  • Expertise in managing complex cloud environments which extend across entire enterprise organizations. 
  • Demonstrates excellent communication abilities which enable him to interact with both technical experts and non-technical personnel. 
  • Demonstrates proven problem-solving abilities together with an ownership mentality and a dedication to meeting customer needs.
