Main Responsibilities
- An ideal candidate should act as an advisor to establish trust with customers by studying their business difficulties and their desired outcomes.
- Develop and implement Service Cloud sales plans for their specific geographic area and designated customer accounts.
- Achieves revenue growth through two strategies which include expanding current customer relationships and acquiring new business clients.
- Works together with account managers to create new sales opportunities through cross-selling and market expansion efforts.
- Should have knowledge of the process of lead generation and lead qualification and opportunity management enables the creation and maintenance of a successful sales pipeline.
- Develop strategies and execute negotiations to achieve successful deal closures for Service Cloud solutions which meet customer requirements for contact centers and service operations.
- Maintains complete responsibility for the sales process while achieving results that exceed the established sales targets for each year.
Essential Qualifications
- The candidate possesses verified work experience in selling enterprise SaaS solutions and cloud-based solutions.
- Demonstrates comprehensive expertise in contact center solutions and service solutions and support solutions.
- A person should have capability to handle complicated sales processes while working with high-ranking business executives.
- Exhibits exceptional abilities in communication and negotiation and building relationships with others.
- Candidates should successfully achieve sales goals in fast-moving work environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling Salesforce Service Cloud or similar CRM platforms.
- Background in Financial Services industry sales.
- Familiarity with consultative selling and value-based sales methodologies.
Experience working with large, strategic enterprise accounts.
