Main Responsibilities

  • Business requirements should be gathered and converted into functional specifications which will be used to implement Oracle Fusion SCM modules.  
  • Provides complete customer operational support which includes tracking incidents and troubleshooting and resolving urgent problems.  
  • Handles all customer problems until they are solved while working together with Oracle Support and internal team members.  
  • Handles all Service Request (SR) management tasks together with patch deployment and preparation for quarterly updates. 
  • Provides support for system configurations and regression testing and development of small system enhancements for both production and preview environments.  
  • Conducts user training programs while delivering onboarding sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops.  
  • Monitors data integration systems and tracks data movement and internal IT system connections with external partners.  
  • Creates knowledge articles and support documentation which they review and maintain throughout their existence.  
  • Maintains knowledge of Oracle SCM developments while they establish optimal operational procedures.  
  • Functions as a customer representative who works to enhance overall user satisfaction and experience.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BE, BTech, MCA) or MBA.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM implementation, support, or upgrade projects.
  • At least one full implementation experience in Oracle Fusion SCM.
  • Strong functional expertise in Inventory, PLM, Manufacturing, and Maintenance modules.
  • Proven ability to translate business processes into Oracle SCM solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
