Main Responsibilities
- Work as part of an account team to identify, qualify, and deliver hybrid cloud and system products and solutions across assigned accounts.
- Own and execute account plans to drive goal attainment within the assigned geographic territory.
- Coordinate closely with internal sales teams and external partners to support account sales and business development strategies.
- Identify and engage appropriate partners to meet customer specifications and solution requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to key customer influencers and decision-makers through deep business understanding.
- Drive Oracle’s sales strategy into assigned accounts while following defined methodologies and processes.
- Ensure sales programs a executed effectively with personal follow-up and opportunity engagement.
- Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, with readiness for frequent travel as required.
Essential Qualifications
- 14+ years of relevant sales experience in enterprise or technology-driven environments.
- Strong hunting experience with a proven ability to acquire new customers programmatically.
- Demonstrated success in complex, consultative selling at executive levels.
- High business acumen with the ability to take opportunities from identification to closure.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Strong influencing and negotiation capabilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while remaining team-oriented.
