Main Tasks

Oracle OTM & WMS Installation & Assistance

  • Deliver installation and support during production for Oracle Transportation Management Cloud modules which are: Order Management, Contract & Rate Management, Shipment Management, BPA, GTM, Fleet Management, and Freight Settlement.
  • Give support to Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud modules dealing with Inventory Management, Inbound & Outbound Operations, Docks & Appointments, and Reporting & Dashboards.

Incident & Service Request Management

  • Find, duplicate, and fix complicated functional and technical problems.
  • Handle major incidents, give priority to business-impacting cases, and escalate if necessary.
  • Document, monitor, and control SRs and RFCs through My Oracle Support.

End-User Support & Empowerment

  • Give answers to functional “how-to” questions, configuration advice, and navigation assistance.
  • Organize onboarding, refresher training, and sharing of knowledge sessions for users.

Configuration & Release Management

  • Partner with SaaS configurations including workflows, roles, approvals, business rules, reports, and security.
  • Help with the updates every quarter, regression testing, and UAT activities.

Integration & Data Flow Support

  • Keep an eye on and fix problems with, for example, integrations, APIs, inbound/outbound file flows, and OIC/OFS interfaces.
  • Work with IT teams and integration partners to get a resolution.

Documentation & Customer Experience

  • Create and keep updated functional documentation, FAQs, and process manuals.
  • Be a customer advocate by spotting repeated issues and suggesting improvements.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BE, BTech, MCA).
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience with Oracle Transportation Management Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience supporting multiple OTM modules.
  • Strong functional understanding of logistics, warehouse, and supply chain processes.
  • Working knowledge of BI reports (BIP, OTBI).
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM projects.
  • Exposure to Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud implementations.
  • Experience handling SRs, RFCs, and Oracle Support escalations.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
