Primary Responsibilities

AI Product & Solution Development

  • Supervise the modern AI techniques to develop the AI product and solution through its whole cycle.
  • Direct the design and the realization of bespoke AI solutions to tackle intricate business issues.
  • AI use cases are to be appraised and their viability and profitability determined.
  • Set the overall AI product development strategy and embed the solutions into the enterprise systems.
  • Develop AI models, frameworks, and architectures that are in sync with business dictates.
  • Bring forth the user interface concepts and harmonize AI models with the user as well as with the business requirements.
  • Scrutinize the client’s needs and the tech environment to uncover AI-based solutions.
  • Install the needed security features that are compliant with the standards of both the product and the enterprise.
  • Continuously check out the new AI tech and determine their relevance to product development.
  • Conduct a root cause analysis to discover the issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Keep an eye on the trends in the industry and accordingly adjust your present and future AI abilities.

Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Manage customer negotiations and provide consultancy on AI products and solutions.
  • Participate in the customer relationship to get the product development ideas.
  • Assist in the RFP replies together with the delivery and business teams.
  • Join product demonstrations and assimilate client feedback.
  • Develop and deliver presentations for workshops, meetings, and events that highlight the product.
  • Collaborate with the Holmes advisory board to tap into best practices and participate in sharing knowledge.

Essential Qualifications

  • Possession of 5-8 years of professional experience in the development and implementation of Artificial Intelligence solutions.
  • Full understanding of Cognitive AI and up-to-date AI technologies.
  • Possession of the experience necessary to lead AI product development and prototype creation.
  • Skillfulness in converting business problems into fruitful AI solutions.
  • Mastery in interaction with clients, communication, and management of stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI technologies and architectures at the enterprise level.
  • Familiarity with AI governance, security, and compliance practices.
  • Proof of innovation, intellectual property creation, and patents or research contributions.
  • Experienced in dealing with multiple industries and intricate client environments.
