Primary Responsibilities

Incident Management & Customer Support

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical Oracle SCM Cloud issues.
  • Track, diagnose, replicate, and resolve critical service incidents.
  • Own customer issues end-to-end and coordinate escalations when required.

Functional Consulting & Implementation

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion SCM functional specifications.
  • Advise customers on best practices aligned with Oracle SCM Cloud capabilities.
  • Support implementations, upgrades, and post-go-live activities.

End-User Enablement & Training

  • Respond to user “how-to” queries and business process questions.
  • Conduct functional training, onboarding, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Create and review Knowledge Articles and documentation.

Configuration, Testing & Releases

  • Support SaaS configurations including workflows, approvals, roles, and reports.
  • Perform functional testing, regression testing, and UAT during quarterly updates.
  • Analyze “What’s New” releases and communicate impact to stakeholders.

Integration & Data Flow Support

  • Monitor and troubleshoot integrations, APIs, file-based data flows, and OIC/OFS.
  • Coordinate with IT teams and external partners for integration issue resolution.

Customer Success & Continuous Improvement

  • Act as a customer advocate to improve user experience and system adoption.
  • Stay updated with Oracle SCM innovations and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Promote SaaS best practices and compliance standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in a relevant discipline.
  • 6–10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations or support.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management, including:
    • Order Orchestration
    • Pricing
    • Global Order Promising
    • Logistics & Shipping
    • Procurement (Drop-ship, Buy-Sell)
    • Manufacturing (Make-to-Order)
  • Ability to map Oracle SCM functionality to real-world business processes.
  • Experience supporting L1/L2/L3 functional issues.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Fusion Cloud architecture and Setup Manager.
  • Experience with FBDI, OTBI, BIP reports, and Redwood UI.
  • Exposure to SaaS integrations and external data loading.
  • Basic experience with SQL, OTBI, or BI tools.
  • Knowledge of security setup and data privacy standards.
  • Experience in Managed Services and offshore delivery models.
