Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate intimately with the Manufacturing and Automotive account owners to ensure Service Cloud sales’ quota is met.
- Be a trusted advisor by comprehending customer issues across warranty, field service, dealer networks, IT service desks, and support after sales.
- Promote Service Cloud Solutions comprising omnichannel support, field service optimization, ITSM, and AI-enabled Agentforce capabilities.
- Lead digital transformation projects to bring up to date the legacy service operations and make the customers happy.
- Find and analyze possible business deals in OEMs, suppliers, dealers, and industrial manufacturers.
- Present Data Cloud as a means to connect CRM, IoT, service, and IT data for real-time insights and predictive service.
- Showcase ROI with the help of AI-powered automation, predictive maintenance, and enhanced agent productivity.
- Take the lead in proof-of-concept projects for industry-specific applications like warranty management and service scheduling.
- Surpass annual sales quota through value-based, consultative selling.
Essential Qualifications
- Sales experience with enterprise or cloud software is a must.
- Thorough comprehension of Manufacturing and Automotive service markets.
- Skill to express complex technical and business solutions in a simple and understandable way.
- Superb communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working experience in selling Service Cloud, Data Cloud, or Manufacturing Cloud Solutions.
