The role of a Wipro Gen AI Consultant is mainly based on the application of GenAI, AI powered automation and advanced Testing frameworks in the quality engineering process. Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead quality engineering and testing transformation initiatives using Gen AI and AI-led automation.
  • Design and implement automation frameworks using Selenium (Java/C#/Python), Playwright, MCP, and AI tools.
  • Drive AI/ML validation, explainability, synthetic data generation, and continuous testing strategies.
  • Build and support Agentic AI and NLP-based test automation solutions.
  • Manage large-scale QET programs and deliver end-to-end testing solutions for high-value engagements.
  • Collaborate with senior VP-level stakeholders to shape opportunities and convert engagements into managed services.
  • Apply domain expertise across Banking, Retail, Healthcare, and Telecom projects.

Basic Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in Quality Engineering and Testing (manual, automation, non-functional, digital testing).
  • Strong expertise in Gen AI automation testing and AI-driven QA innovations.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps tools.
  • Proven ability to handle large testing programs and drive transformation outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications like ISTQB Advanced, Certified Scrum Master, TOGAF, and AWS/Azure Architect.
  • Skill with GitHub Copilot and AI development tools support.
  • Involvement in major deal solutioning (>USD 10M yearly revenue).

Strong understanding of enterprise-scale reporting, testing environments, and service virtualization.
