A Senior Success Architect works alongside Salesforce Sales Cloud customers in order to derive maximal benefit from their implementations. The expert provides the customer with technical recommendations, consultations for preventing issues, and architectural knowledge. Among other things, the person’s job is to direct the installations, resolve very complicated issues, and connect with teams from all over the world. They create trust and provide reliable solutions and so, they make sure that the platform is always fruitful and the clients satisfied over time.

Main Duties
- Cooperate with a group of clients to evaluate the Sales Cloud deployments and suggest improvements.
- Act as the most trusted technical generalist by giving both proactive and reactive help on Salesforce best practices.
- Hold educational guide sessions to encourage feature use and generate business value.
- Conduct fundamental architectural health checks and solution assessments.
- Identify design discrepancies and fix minor technical problems while referring complicated issues to the next level.
- Simplify and explain intricate technical ideas to both the business and technical people involved.
- Implement Customer Success playbooks in the areas of Support, Guides and Architecture.
- Work with Salesforce internal teams and external partners to achieve better customer results.
- Share information about the customer success trends, product feedback, and the best practices in the industry.
Essential Qualifications
- Over 5 years of direct technical experience with Salesforce solutions.
- Very good understanding of Salesforce products, platform capabilities, governance and best practices.
- Participation in complex implementations, and enterprise integration projects.
- Good grasp of enterprise application integration, data management, analytics, AI and security best practices.
- Capacity to assess business needs and come up with scalable solution alternatives.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a very high level of English proficiency.
- Very good analytical skills, problem solving abilities and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administration Certification (mandatory).
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification (mandatory).
- Advanced certification in Admin (optional).
- Platform App Builder Certification (optional).
- Ability to read, comprehend and debug Apex, Visualforce and LWC.
- Familiarity with using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft and middleware tools for integrations with Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Security Models, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Permission Sets.
