As a Senior Technical Consultant, candidates will design, build and implement advanced Salesforce ITSM and Service Cloud solutions to meet the needs of customers worldwide. In addition to leading the technical delivery of Salesforce service cloud solutions to customers, they will support and usher in new integrations and migration of data to Salesforce, lead the establishment of best practices and ensure proper governance of Salesforce solutions through the utilization of the right architecture that allows your customer to grow and succeed.

Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and delivery expectations.
- Design and deliver scalable Salesforce Service Cloud and ITSM solutions aligned with business goals.
- Lead technical delivery for custom development, integrations, and data migration activities.
- Define and enforce coding standards; conduct code reviews to ensure quality and best practices.
- Develop using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Salesforce APIs, and integration/ETL technologies.
- Debug complex issues across client, platform, and Apex layers.
- Work with Salesforce product teams to support and enhance customer implementations.
- Manage source control, versioning, and deployment processes.
- Support global project delivery while working remotely and across time zones.
- Maintain target billable utilization aligned with role expectations.
Essential Qualifications
- 6+ years’ experience building on the Salesforce platform.
- At least 1 successful experience with end-to-end Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.
- Back-end solution through Apex/Visualforce/Lightning, Integration, and Data Management (Apex and Visual Force): all back-end development is done through code.
- Profound knowledge of Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) best practices.
- Excellent understanding of integration patterns and asynchronous processing, as well as how to use these technologies within Salesforce when integrating.
- Experience creating a scalable and performant Salesforce architecture.
- Knowledge of high volume data limits and the best practices for Salesforce.
- Strong analytic, debugging, and problem-solving skills as well as excellent communication skill and ability to work with globally focused teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL 4 Foundation (preferred)
- Active Salesforce Certification or willing to attain one upon hire
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification
- Experience with Security in Salesforce (TLS, SSL, SAML, SSO, OAuth)
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce & Slack Integrations.
