As a Cloud Consultant, Finance/PPM Functional, this role focuses on independently delivering Oracle Cloud ERP and PPM implementations for global customers. The candidate will be responsible for charting the course in terms of the solution delivered and working collaboratively with both onshore and offshore teams to ensure that the final product meets all of the client’s specifications in keeping with Oracle Cloud best practices.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Operate independently with guidance to deliver quality consulting work products.
  • Implement Oracle Cloud ERP and PPM solutions for global customers.
  • Design, configure, and validate Oracle Cloud Applications based on business requirements.
  • Develop solutions for integrations, reports, conversions, and extensions.
  • Conduct Proof of Concepts and solution demonstrations for customers.
  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams in a global delivery model.
  • Ensure Oracle best practices a established, adopted, and institutionalized.
  • Participate in professional communities, asset building, and knowledge sharing.
  • Mentor junior consultants and support team capability development when required.

Essential Requirements

  • CA / ICWAI or MBA in Finance plus general business experience
  • 3 – 5+ years of successful implementation experience with Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud ERP
  • Outstanding experience with Oracle Fusion Financials and PPM Cloud SaaS
  • Experience working with GL, AP, AR, FA, Treasury/Cash Management, Project Costing, and Billing modules
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Data Conversion, Functional Design Workshops, and Application Configuration
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Ability to present ideas clearly and concisely and manage stakeholders

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience implementing Oracle Financials in the Cloud
  • Exposure to US and/or global ERP implementations
  • Experience working with EPM, Risk Management, Advanced Financial Controls, or Treasury modules
  • Participation in professional organizations or forums, publishing articles related to Cloud ERP, etc.
  • Willingness to learn emerging cloud trends and articulate customer value propositions based on the findings
