The Employee Data Analyst will mainly be involved in ensuring the accuracy, security, and compliance of employee data across the entire life cycle of Workday HCM as well. Theater as a process SME, support system enhancements and integrations, lead data quality initiatives, and deliver actionable HR insights through reporting and analytics for a global organization.

Primary Responsibilities
- Maintaining employee record processes in Workday HCM, including ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Providing recommendations for and implementing system enhancements to improve process efficiency and user experience
- Supporting end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT) of Workday updates, including security access, business processes and EIB mass loads (electronic import batches)
- Assisting with the testing and configuration of new projects, enhancements and system integrations
- Updating and creating documentation for new and existing business processes and tools
- Researching issues, identifying root causes, developing preventive measures, and implementing solutions
- Supporting training and onboarding of new team members
- Understanding and staying abreast of Workday releases, optimizing functionality in support of a global workforce
- Creating and supporting standard and custom HR reports based on governance models.
Essential Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience working with an HRIS (Workday is required).
- Extensive knowledge of the Workday Human Capital Management modules and Events and Incentives Base (EIB) processing.
- A comprehensive understanding of the Human Resources (HR) data, audit procedures, and methods used to ensure the quality of the HR data.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resource (HR) processes, policies, and procedures.
- Intermediate/advanced level of Excel skillsets will be sufficient, incorporates large volumes of data through advanced formulas.
- Demonstrable problem-solving ability with strong analytical capabilities.
- Excellent written and oral communications, including presentations to senior leaders.
- Strong ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A high level of attention to detail and maintaining the confidentiality of HR data.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Global HR Operations and Standardized HR Processes.
- Some knowledge of Workday Integrations and Exposure to Cross-Functional Projects.
- Ability to be a Subject Matter Expert in Multiple HR Initiatives
