The Oracle Cloud Applications Program Manager (CSS OU Curriculum) role is responsible for leading and delivering Oracle Cloud Applications curriculum within the Oracle Cloud Ecosystem. This includes developing multiple concurrent projects while working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to optimize processes and deliver high-quality learning content according to Oracle’s Cloud Product Strategy and learner needs, within defined timeframes.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Own and manage multiple curriculum programs from initiation through delivery.
  • Responsibilities
  • Create and implement detailed Project Plans to include Milestones, Schedules, Resources, and Risk Mitigation Strategies, etc.
  • Utilize Project Management Tools for tracking progress and provide Project Status
  • Updates to Leadership and Report on Project Status with Dashboards and other tools.
  • Ensure Deliverables of Programs are of High Quality, Adhere to Oracle’s Branding, and Support Learners.

Essential Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years plus up to 5 years Project/Program Management experience
  • An epic experience of leading and delivering projects to the fullest in a selling software or SaaS organization
  • A capability that has been proven to deliver Programs and Projects On-Time, Within Scope and Within Budget throughout the large, Diverse, Cross-Functional Teams
  • Proficiently managing project management tools and reporting dashboards
  • Possessing Strong Analytical, Problem Solving, and Organizational Skills
  • Having the ability to keep track of multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Top-notch communication skills in writing, speaking, and interpersonal; also fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Having previously worked with Oracle Cloud Applications.
  • Getting exposed to ERP, HCM, CX, or comparable enterprise platforms.
  • Participation in the development of curriculum or learning programs is a plus.
  • Being aware of structured project governance and delivery frameworks.
