Job Description

As a Gen AI with Python: Carry the Architect, they create and put into practice the innovative generative AI models and architectures that are capable of resolving difficult business issues. The position requires the construction of GenAI-based solutions, incorporation of the AI services provided by the cloud, enhancement of the models, and working together with the different departments to produce scalable, enterprise-level AI products.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Generative AI models and algorithms using techniques such as GPT, VAE, and GANs.
  • Integrate cloud-based GenAI platforms including ChatGPT, AWS Bedrock, Bard, and PaLM.
  • Perform prompt engineering to optimize Generative AI model outputs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI project requirements aligned with business objectives.
  • Research emerging trends in Generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning for enterprise adoption.
  • Optimize existing GenAI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain end-to-end AI pipelines including data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation.
  • Drive the design and delivery of GenAI products and enterprise AI solutions.
  • Lead teams working in Agile development environments.

Essential Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years experience working in AI/ML/Analytics employing advanced technologies,
  • Solid foundational know-how of Python and how to utilize it effectively as a programming language in developing AI and ML applications,
  • Full understanding of Generative AI/Large Language Models (LLM) and the process of fine-tuning,
  • Hands-on experience with using cloud based artificial intelligence (AI) products and/or platforms including AWS Bedrock, Microsoft Azure OpenAI,Textract, etc.,
  • The ability to design enterprise-level Artificial Intelligence (AI) architecture,
  • Excellent problem solving skills, good communication skills and collaboration skills are necessary to work with different stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in creating production quality GenAI products or platforms, have familiarity with AI Governance/Responsible AI, and understanding the entire lifecycle of an AI model,
  • A solid understanding of solutions architecture with the use of technology in client environments,

Experience with global platforms and being involved in the implementation of Digital Transformation programmes.
