Primary Responsibilities

  • Create and deploy architectures and solutions that are cloud-native on AWS and GCP.
  • Work with business and technical stakeholders to collect and reinterpret the needs as cloud solutions.
  • Offer guidance and expertise on cloud practices that are best, security, governance, and compliance issues.
  • Produce plans and diagrams for deployment, documentation, and architecture, both high-level and detailed.
  • Analyze and suggest the adoption of cloud tools, technologies, and processes for platforms with high scalability.
  • Manage the migration to cloud, re-architecting, and modernizing projects.
  • Make sure that the organization’s security policies and the laws of the industry are observed.
  • Train the teams of development and operations in the use of cloud and DevOps practices.

Essential Qualifications

  • More than 10 years of experience in roles related to Cloud Architecture or Solution Architecture. 
  • Very good knowledge and experience with designing cloud-native and hybrid cloud architectures. 
  • Practical experience with and knowledge of AWS and GCP platforms and services. 
  • Comprehensive understanding of cloud security, governance, and compliance frameworks. 
  • Professional experience in the leadership of cloud migration and modernization programs. 
  • The capability to develop easy to understand architecture diagrams and technical documentation. 
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Involvement in huge enterprise digital transformation initiatives. 
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud automation tools. 
  • Participation in the cloud infrastructure re-architecting projects. 
  • Capacity to be the client’s and senior leadership’s trusted advisor. 
  • Knowledge of new cloud technologies and their optimization strategies.
