Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing team in Hyderabad (KPHB). As an SEO Analyst, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will play a key role in improving website visibility, driving organic traffic, and enhancing user experience, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, Google Ads, and Google Search Console.
- Conduct ongoing keyword research to identify new opportunities and expand existing strategies.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize marketing spend and improve ROI.
- Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and conversion experiments.
- Optimize live websites for performance, speed, and search visibility.
- Create and refine landing pages to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team and manage CRM tools to align marketing with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of Digital Marketing Executives to deliver impactful results.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in SEO/SEM and digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other web analytics tools.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages, user funnels, and website performance.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team is a plus.
