Job Description

Accenture is hiring a custom software engineer in Pune to design and implement innovative enterprise solutions using generative AI and emerging technologies. The role focuses on AI agents, technical architecture, RAG, cloud platforms, rapid prototyping, and application development. Candidates should bring strong architecture expertise, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience adapting emerging technologies to deliver scalable and innovative business solutions. 

Qualification: 15 years of full-time education

Experience: 14–17 years and 8+ years as an Architect

Responsibilities

  • Innovate and create technology solutions through generative AI, AI/ML, agentive ecosystems, immersive technology, and edge computing.
  • Build MVPs and prototypes to drive innovation in the space of technology solutions.
  • Bring together solid architectural techniques when developing enterprise applications.
  • Leverage AI agents, RAG, agentic communications, and data foundations for business solutions.
  • Work with stakeholders and tech teams to create scalable, effective, and innovative applications.

Requirements

  • 14–17 years of overall experience, including 8+ years in an architect role. 
  • Extensive knowledge in generative AI, agentic technology, AI/ML, RAG, and design patterns for GenAI.
  • Extensive knowledge in technical architecture, enterprise architecture, and cutting-edge technology.
  • Knowledge of AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform with sound data knowledge.
  • Outstanding analytical/problem-solving, communication, collaboration, decision-making, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating AI agents and incorporating agentic processes within enterprise applications.
  • Awareness of immersive technologies, robotics, quantum computing, blockchain, and edge computing.
  • Awareness of Responsible AI, RAG systems, agentic systems, and enterprise technology platforms.
  • Experience serving as an architect in complex technology transformation and application development projects.
  • Skills in quickly learning and adopting new and unique technologies.
