Job Description

InvoiceCloud is recruiting for a Product Manager – Integrations in Hyderabad, India, who will be responsible for the product roadmapping, implementation, and continuous improvement of their integration platform and ecosystem. This role focuses on product management, customer discovery, API integrations, partnership integrations, and business outcomes. Responsibilities include defining roadmaps for customer and business needs, management of the product backlog and working closely with the Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Product Leadership teams.

Responsibilities

  • Control the roadmap of the integrations product, ensuring that it is aligned with customer needs, business goals, and technology aspects.
  • Prioritize features, APIs, connectors, and platform improvements based on the perspective of the customer, business, and engineering teams.
  • Be responsible for driving the entire lifecycle of the product from discovery to launch and beyond, along with managing the product backlog.
  • Carry out customer discovery and build scalable product capabilities by resolving integration issues and improving the integration experience.
  • Manage product metrics like integration adoption, API consumption, success rate of integration, platform reliability, customer activation, and business impact.

Requirements

  • 4–8+ years of product management experience, especially in a B2B SaaS context.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a Related Field.
  • Experience in the management of integration products, API platforms, developer platforms, or integration ecosystems.
  • Skills in developing and prioritizing PRDs and roadmaps and coordinating the release of products using an Agile approach.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in developing developer platforms, platform products, public APIs, or SDKs.
  • Experience with designing enterprise SaaS products and integration architectures for the enterprise.
  • Understanding of Microservices architecture, GraphQL, and event-based streaming like Kafka and Pub/Sub.
  • Experience with partner ecosystem or marketplaces, including enterprise security and compliance.
  • MBA or advanced degree in technology, with an AI-first mindset for product development and decision-making.
