Job Description

Cyber-CST, Assistant Manager is an entry-level position in Deloitte designed to enhance the enterprise’s cybersecurity GRC programs and help businesses manage their technology and information security risks. The key responsibilities include the development and implementation of security controls for applications, systems, and networks as well as assisting in the process of implementing and validating control procedures. The professionals will carry out risk assessment procedures, assist in security audits and compliance reviews, and analyze the effectiveness of controls according to the requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the cybersecurity program initiatives as part of Deloitte’s Cyber Strategy team and enable successful execution of the projects.
  • Establish and sustain connections with internal and external stakeholders in relation to the cybersecurity needs.
  • Design, implement, and validate the security controls in applications, systems, and networks.
  • Perform security audits, compliance, risk assessment, evidence gathering, and remediation management activities.
  • Evaluate controls, detect vulnerabilities, escalate key risks, and provide recommendations for controls validation and reporting improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in cybersecurity GRC, cyber control review/ assessment/ testing or related security role.
  • Knowledge of cryptography and PKI, data loss prevention, endpoint security, and network security controls.
  • Knowledge in Cybersecurity Frameworks like NIST CSF and CIS.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communications, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in using GRC tools like ServiceNow GRC and IBM OpenPages.
  • Experience with cloud services like AWS and Azure.
  • Knowledge on automation or scripting for evidence gathering and validation in cybersecurity.
  • Understand India’s job locations, standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISA, and CRISC.
