Accenture is hiring for a Data Visualization Research Specialist who will design and develop UI layers for research dashboards and insight platforms. The role requires designers to build user-friendly visual systems which transform difficult data into understandable visual stories and work together with data scientists to produce top-quality analysis results. The team members will develop visual storytelling components together with design systems and AI-based visual analysis tools for enterprise research initiatives.

Main Duties:

  • Design and develop UI layers for dashboards, BI platforms, and research insight systems.
  • Analyze user needs and workflows to create intuitive, data-driven visual experiences.
  • Creates interactive dashboards and visual storytelling systems through the implementation of current user interface design standards. 
  • Work with data scientists to maintain visualized insights through accurate and consistent data presentation. 
  • Develop design systems, UI guidelines, and reusable components for research platforms.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in UI development or data visualization roles. 
  • Advanced proficiency in JavaScript frameworks which include React.js, D3.js, HTML and CSS. 
  • Experience in creating interactive dashboards and digital platforms which operate on data for practical use. 
  • Possesses complete knowledge about interaction design and usability testing and accessibility standards and information architecture principles. 
  • Expertise in converting complex data sets into user-friendly visualizations which executive audiences can easily comprehend.

Preferred Skills:

  • Candidates must have experience with design tools which include Figma and Adobe Illustrator and comparable design platforms. 
  • Demonstrate Power BI expertise to develop dashboards that support enterprise storytelling. 
  • Knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate to create solutions that focus on user experiences. 
  • Candidate shows interest in GenAI design tools and interactive storytelling advancements. 
  • Leadership abilities and strong communication skills which enable him to lead teams while fulfilling stakeholder requirements.
